This notice explains how information is handled on the Live Launch website and when you contact us about our planned creator support services. Live Launch is an independent business preparing to apply to TikTok’s Creator Network program. We are not an approved TikTok Creator Network.
Using the website
The site does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or code that sets cookies. Its images and fonts are served with the website. The site’s hosting provider and your network provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times to deliver the site and protect their systems.
Preparing and sending an inquiry
The inquiry form prepares a draft on your device. While creator inquiries are not open, you can download that draft as a text file for your own records. Once our contact email is available, the form will also offer an “Open email draft” link. Choosing that link opens a draft in your email application for you to review and send.
Entering information, preparing a draft, or downloading the text file does not submit information to Live Launch or store it in a website database. We receive an inquiry only if you choose to send it through your email application. Your browser or email application may retain drafts or autofill information according to your own settings.
If you send an inquiry, we receive your email address and the information you include, which may include your name, TikTok username, creator experience, and questions. Your email provider and our email provider process the message as part of delivering and storing email.
Please do not send account passwords, verification codes, payment information, government identification, or other sensitive documents through the inquiry form or email.
How inquiries are used
We use the information you send to respond to your message, understand your interest, and discuss potential creator support. An inquiry does not enroll you in a Creator Network or authorize access to your TikTok account. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
We may use service providers needed to operate the website and email, or disclose information when required by applicable law. We retain correspondence as needed to manage the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You can browse without sending an inquiry. To ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, use the contact details in the website’s contact section. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the person whose information it concerns. Any applicable privacy rights are determined by the law that applies to your circumstances.
Adults only
Our creator inquiry process is intended for United States residents aged 18 or older. Please do not submit an inquiry if you are under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Other websites and future changes
Links to TikTok or other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy notices. This notice applies to the Live Launch website and inquiries described above. We will update it if we change how this website collects or uses information, with the revised date shown at the top.
