These terms describe the purpose and use of the Live Launch website. The site introduces our planned creator support services and allows United States creators aged 18 or older to express interest.

Our current status

Live Launch is an independent business preparing to apply to TikTok’s Creator Network program. Live Launch has not been approved as a TikTok Creator Network and does not represent TikTok. References to TikTok describe the platform on which we intend to support creators. They do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or access to TikTok’s partner tools.

Inquiries and future services

The website describes our intended support approach. Sending an inquiry is an expression of interest. It does not create a creator management agreement, employment relationship, paid subscription, or Creator Network membership.

Any future services, fees, payment arrangements, responsibilities, and exit terms would need to be explained and agreed separately before you commit. Network participation, if offered in the future, would also be subject to TikTok approval, creator eligibility, and the platform’s applicable processes and terms.

No promised results

We do not guarantee TikTok approval, LIVE access, account reinstatement, earnings, Gifts, audience growth, or a particular outcome. Results depend on many factors, including the creator’s work, audience response, and TikTok’s rules and decisions. TikTok controls its platform, eligibility requirements, moderation, and feature availability.

Using this site responsibly

Please provide accurate information in inquiries and use only information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit abusive or unlawful content, attempt to interfere with the site, or send account credentials or verification codes.

The form prepares a draft locally on your device. While creator inquiries are not open, it offers a downloadable text file only. Once our contact email is available, an “Open email draft” link will let you open the draft in your email application, review it, and choose whether to send it. Creators remain responsible for their accounts and content. Our creator standards outline the conduct we expect. TikTok’s own Community Guidelines, applicable terms, and current eligibility requirements govern use of its platform. Always check TikTok’s current official guidance.
